How to activate your kii ID using a work email

Simply enter your work email during registration and we will send a one time passcode to that address. Enter the code when prompted and your membership will be instantly verified and confirmed.

If you have a valid work email address but it is not recognised by our system, please contact the kii Customer Team who will be able to assist you.

The work email address you submit is used to process your application and verify your employment status. We do not store your work email for marketing purposes and with the exception of the verification code email, will never send emails to this address. In line with our Privacy Policy, we keep your personal information only for as long as we need to.

If you do not have a work email address, you can upload a picture of your work ID to verify your employment status.
