These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at https://www.wearekii.co.uk and any related services provided by KII VENTURES LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing https://www.wearekii.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or any other services provided by KII VENTURES LTD.
We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

We grant you permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial, transitory use only. This constitutes the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title. This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate these Terms of Service and may be terminated by us at any time.
User-Generated Content & Online Safety
You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to use, distribute, modify, display, translate, and create derivative works of your content in a manner consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.
This licence may be terminated by deleting your content or account. However, where content has been used in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the licence will continue until that use is discontinued.
You give us permission to use your username and other identifying information associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Online Safety Act Compliance
Where our Services allow users to upload, share, or interact with content, we take proportionate measures to comply with our obligations under the UK Online Safety Act, including:
mitigating the risk of illegal content appearing on our Services;
removing illegal content where we become aware of it; and
applying enhanced protections where Services are likely to be accessed by children.
You must not post or share content that is illegal or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action where necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
Subscriptions, Free Trials & Renewals
It is free to join kii and you will not be charged to access your account and the key worker discounts it unlocks at any time. Separate to your kii membership, we retain the right to offer additional subscriptions at any point in the future on an opt-in basis. Where we offer subscriptions or recurring services, the following applies:
Full pricing, billing frequency, and any minimum commitment period will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase.
Where a free or discounted trial applies, we will clearly inform you of:
the duration of the trial;
when payment will begin; and
the full price that will apply after the trial ends.
Renewals & Reminder Notices
Where a subscription renews automatically, we will provide reminder notices where required by law, including prior to the end of any free or discounted trial and before renewal, setting out the renewal date, amount payable, and how to cancel.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time using the cancellation methods made available to you. Cancellation will take effect in accordance with the information displayed at the point of cancellation, and no further payments will be taken after the effective cancellation date.

We will not require you to take steps to cancel that are materially more difficult than those required to enter into the subscription.
Online Cancellation Function
Where you have entered into a contract with us online, we provide a clear, prominent, and easy-to-use electronic cancellation function (“withdrawal function”) that enables you to terminate your contract.
This function:
is easy to locate;
is continuously available while your contract is active; and
does not require unnecessary steps or information.
Use of this function does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Data Protection & Right to Complain
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
Right to Complain
You have the right to make a complaint regarding our handling of your personal data. Where you submit a data-related complaint, we will:
acknowledge receipt without undue delay; and
provide a substantive response within 30 days.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Fairness & Consumer Rights
We are committed to ensuring these Terms are fair, transparent, and compliant with consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to:
exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful;
deprive you of statutory consumer rights; or
create a significant imbalance between the parties to your detriment.
If any term is found to be unfair or unenforceable, that term will not apply, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in force.

Our Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
KII VENTURES LTD is not an agent, reseller, or distributor for third-party partners and does not accept responsibility for issues arising from interactions with partners, including pricing errors, delivery issues, or inaccurate descriptions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our Services are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. KII VENTURES LTD does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Services, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to the Services.
