  • If you’re a member of the emergency services, NHS, social care sector, education sector, postal service, charity, government, or military, you’ll likely be eligible to receive a free kii ID.

    We have over 65,000 public and private sector employers registered on the platform so if you work in one of these sectors, start the registration process and the chances are your application will be instantly approved.

    If your email or ID is not recognised, please contact the kii Customer Support team who would be happy to assist.

  • Becoming a member is quick and simple. In just a few minutes, you can sign up for free.

    You can sign up here. Click 'Join Now', fill out the registration form, confirm your employment status using your work email or ID, and enjoy fantastic savings exclusive to key workers!

  • You can use your work email or work ID to verify your employment status.

    If you opt to use your email, we will send a one-time passcode to the address to check it is an active email account and once you enter the correct code, your account will be activated and you will be able to access offers from all of our brand partners. For more information on verifying your account with your email address, visit our Verify with Email page.

    If you opt to verify with your work ID, you will need to upload an image of the ID and our platform will analyse it to see if it matches an existing approved format. If it does, your account will be instantly activated and you will be able to access offers from all our brand partners. Some applications require manual review, if this is the case, we will aim to review and confirm your application status within 72 hours.   • We are here to celebrate and reward key workers and we don’t believe you should pay to access special offers and discounts as such, membership to kii is completely and forever free.

    Some of our brand partners pay us an advertising fee, which helps us support the business and keep membership free.

  • Verification is important to us here at kii, it means we can secure better offers from our brand partners by giving them reassurance that offers are only available to genuine key workers. We have thousands of public and private sector employers registered on the platform but change happens and new providers are launching all the time.

    If you work in one of the eligible sectors and your email or ID is not recognised, please contact the kii Customer Support team who would be happy to assist.

  • Find a deal you want to use and click on the 'Login' or 'Join Now' button.

    Once you have logged in you will see a code to use on the brand's website or a link to a special deal page.

    If you have received a code, select and copy the code, then click through to the brand site and enter the code at checkout to redeem.

    If you see a deal, there is no need to copy any code, simply click through to the page and the saving will be instantly applied.

    The terms and conditions of any offer are unique to each brand and accessible via the 'Offer Terms' link on the offer page.

  • All of our savings and discounts are listed on the Offers page of the site.

    We are always looking to secure new offers and recruit new partners so remember to sign up to emails and follow @wearekii on social media to hear about the latest brands joining the kii community.

  • All good things must come to an end and sadly this applies to offers as well. If you are seeing an ‘Invalid Offer’ or ‘Offer Expired’ message it means the offer has ended or the brand is no longer working with kii.

  • When you sign up to become a member, you will get a free kii ID as part of your membership. With your kii ID, you can receive discounts in store at participating retailers.

    To activate your ID, log in and then click My Account, kii ID. Add a profile photo and your ID will be ready to use.

    Check the Offer Terms to see if a discount is redeemable in store, look out for notices around the store, or ask a cashier if they offer an in store discount.

  • If you try to log in and your email is not recognised, please double-check for any errors and try again.

    If you are still unable to log in, please contact the kii Customer Support team and share the email address you are trying to log in with and your full name so we can find your account.

    Enter the email associated with your account and we will send an email with details of how to reset to this address.

    If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 5 minutes please check your junk/spam folder. If you still haven't received the email, please contact the kii Customer Support team who would be happy to assist.

  • Please log in and head to the ‘My Account’ section, edit any details associated with your account and hit 'Update'.

  • We treat your data with care and take every step possible to ensure member data is stored safely and securely. We understand that data like your work email or ID are particularly sensitive - we delete this data from our platform as frequently as possible and use encryption on data we need to retain to keep it safe.   • To unsubscribe from our emails, you can log in and head to the ‘My Account’ section and update your preferences here; alternatively, you can click the unsubscribe or manage subscriptions link in any email we have sent you.

    If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time by following the same steps and clicking ‘Opt in’.

  • If you no longer wish to be a member of the kii community and would like your member data deleted, kindly email the kii Customer Support team from the email address registered to your account.

    Please include your full name and the specifics of your request. We will use this information to identify your account and delete your data in line with GDPR.

  • If you run a local business, you can use the kii ID to validate discounts in your stores too. Simply download the POS flyer and display it in store to let kii members know there is a discount available. When a kii member comes into the store they will show you their kii ID which includes the member's name, membership number and photo.
